Vasilisa Nebesnaya is the MIT's scenic designer. She graduated from Stroganov Empire Institute of Arts and Industry at the top of her class. She made her money by building scenery for theatrical clubs and drawing portraits on the street. Eventually, her works were noticed and she began working for theaters. In She was offered a position at MIT in 2008 and within months became the head of the scenic department.

Polina Verner is MIT's costume designer. She learned to sew from her mother, who worked as a seamstress in an alterations shop. Polina designed and made dress for all of her class mates in her university. Finally realizing her vocation she transferred to a technical school and got a seamstress diploma. She worked at the costume shop at MIT for a few years, until the previous head of department has retired, recommending Polina to take her place.

Yulia Ponomareva is the lighting director. Following her father's footsteps, who is a famous designer, contracted by Bolshoi, Yulia graduated from the technical program at Khodynskoe. She interviewed at MIT right after graduation and was offered a permanent position in 2011. Yulia's vision and imagination have been a staple in MIT's productions.

Vladislav Zirchenko is the sound director. A failed musician, Vlad toured for years with famous rock bands and a sound technician. In 2012 he decided to settle down and started working with enterprise theaters. Finding out that MIT had a vacancy in his area of expertise, Vlad crashed an interview and charmed E. Orlova. who decided to give him a chance. He has been vigorously working since the beginning of 2013.

Konstantsia Vranova is MIT's prop master. She used to make prop weapons for role playing games and historical reconstructions. Cold weapons she made were rented by MIT for the production of "Richard III". Even before the production opened Kotya was offered the place of a resident prop maker, a position that has not existed at MIT for over 30 years.

Nikita Serov is the technical director. At a theater club at school, Nikita realized that the spotlight is not for him. He started helping backstage, moving, and later building scenery. He applied to college with an understanding that scenic carpentry is exactly what he wants to do. At MIT he soon stood out from other works and became irreplaceable.

Maria Zelenskaya is the property manager. Even though her title is very official sounding, Maria Borisovna does absolutely everything around the theater - cleans, dusts, mops floors, makes necessary purchases and even cooks for the rest of the company. She has been at MIT since 1961, which is longer than anyone else.
